The large district town and university town of Freising is located about 30 kilometers north of Munich. Munich Airport is located right outside the city gates. The Cityhaus itself is located in an attractive top location in the center of Freising. Since autumn 2016, the Cityhaus has been home to a branch of the Swedish textile brand H&M with a sales area of almost 1,700 square meters on 3 floors.
