Heilbronn, a thriving city with high economic power, high-tech level and at the same time exuberant joie de vivre. The Cityhaus at Fleiner Straße 17-19, Deutschhofstr. 2 in Heilbronn is a new building in the best part of the pedestrian zone, right in the heart of the city.

With the Stuttgart architects Blocher Partners, EEW has commissioned a renowned and internationally experienced architectural firm that has already realized the Stadtgalerie shopping center, the Rieger furniture store and the conversion of the Palm fashion house in Heilbronn.

The planned organically curved facade is an architectural highlight that attractively solves the transition from the former existing buildings to the representative new building and sets new standards. The American restaurant chain Five Guys, founded in 1986, was won as a tenant for the approximately 500 square meter gastronomy area. This location decision by Five Guys is significant because Heilbronn is the first medium-sized city in the expansion of the well-known restaurant chain, which until now has only been found in metropolises.

Negotiations are underway with various interested parties from the fashion sector for the approximately 750 square meter retail space, which will also provide high-quality frequency in the pedestrian zone. On the upper floors, around 1,600 square meters are planned for modern offices and practices.

Completion and opening are expected by the 3rd quarter of 2023.
