The Wohnpark Kastanienhof GmbH & Co. KG, a project company of our company, has extensively and high-quality renovated a residential complex in Dresden with 19 listed apartment buildings and 122 apartments. Each individual apartment was newly designed and furnished, starting with the technology, equipment and room layout. A central heating system is environmentally friendly and reduces operating costs.

To optimize the parking situation for apartment tenants, a modern underground car park with 80 parking spaces was built on the property, which integrates almost invisibly into the grown terrain.
