Not only the Baroque, but also the following centuries created impressive architectural monuments. The Dresden-Trachau district reflects a part of this elaborate architecture.

With great effort and in close cooperation with the monument preservation, 34 apartment buildings were carefully renovated and modernized. A total of 215 two- to four-room apartments were created, which impress with modern and economical floor plans as well as high-quality interior fittings and contemporary technology.
