ZERO.
Experience the Power of ZERO.
With the ZERO. EEW GmbH is realizing a forward-looking and unique office building together with its partners. In addition to the modern wooden modular construction and a newly developed building technology, the ZERO. also lay a new basis for future project developments on a conceptual level.
Location
In addition to its excellent connection to local, regional and long-distance transport, the Stuttgart-Möhringen location also benefits from the immediate proximity to the motorway and Stuttgart Airport. In addition to the approx. 9,700 m² of rental space, an underground car park with 112 parking spaces is being built in the basement, 50% of which will be electrified – the combination of location factors and the building offer result in a unique overall concept.
Sustainability
The ZERO. is powered by a 200 kWp PV(T) system installed on the roof. The “T” stands for solar thermal, which generates necessary heat or cold for the approximately 400 m³ ice storage. The self-generated electricity coupled with a heat pump not only ensures significantly reduced operating costs but also forms the central components of ZERO.’s sustainability approach. In addition to achieving the DGNB Gold standard, the ZERO. also attains the Sustainable Building Quality Seal (QNG-Plus) and can be classified as Article 9 eligible under the current EU Taxonomy.
